Don Shipe's Conservative Index is a composite index of Republican legislators calculated as an average of the ratings issued by Texans for Fiscal Responsibility (TFR), The Young Conservatives of Texas (YCT), Texas Eagle Forum (TEF) and Heritage Alliance (HA). The second report below is Don Shipe's Index sorted by district and color-coded according to the following scale:
81-100 (A/B) 70-80 (C) 60-69 (D) 50-59 (F)
Raz Shafer's House Candidate Filing Report has been complied from the records of the Texas Ethics Commission, news reports and personal investigation.
